Beth Vagle, ACCG, PCC, PCAC
Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation- ICF)
Professional Certified ADHD Coach (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches- PAAC)
With over 15 years of experience, I work with motivated adults who are ready to make meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving individuals—people who care deeply about their work and their lives, and who are often juggling complex demands. They may be successful on the outside, yet privately struggling with follow-through, overwhelm, or a sense that things could feel more sustainable.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC), and an Advanced Certified ADHD Coach (ACCG). My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by years of helping clients turn insight into consistent, real-world change. My coaching style is collaborative, practical, and nonjudgmental. I bring a steady, thoughtful, and genuinely caring presence, grounded in a deep respect for each client’s values and the life they are working toward. Together, we build systems and habits that support organization, planning, prioritization, time and energy management, and overall well-being— all in the service of a life that feels more sustainable and whole. Along the way, clients develop a clearer understanding of how their minds work—so they can rely less on effort or willpower alone and more on strategies that truly fit.
I especially enjoy working with people who are engaged, curious, and invested in their own growth. Many of my clients come to coaching not because they aren’t capable, but because they want their day-to-day lives to better reflect their abilities and values.
While I specialize in ADHD coaching, I also welcome non-ADHD clients seeking thoughtful, high-level coaching in these areas.
